Sometimes a tough day ends well.
Huge 30 table event in a hotel on a day when the city shuts down.

The hotel guests have been there since Monday for a convention, so the party is ON but they are expecting less attendees now.

Context:
Our trailer was hit a couple weeks back so we have to rely on renting box trucks in the meantime.

Like everything else, all box truck rental places closed yesterday because of icy weather/no staff.

We text/call every dealer.
Some are blocked in, without power but amazingly,
most can still make it.

We make multiple trips in icy conditions with a couple of trucks and my family van.

The hotel mentioned that we were the only vendor that didn’t cancel in the past 48 hrs.

We constantly communicated with our client and this morning, she leaves a positive review.
