Today’s the day! 🧀 Our Pleasant Ridge Reserve Horizontal Tasting is happening today, and you don’t want to miss it! Stop by the shop anytime from 11 am - 7 pm this Saturday and Sunday to taste multiple batches of this award-winning Wisconsin cheese and vote for your favorite.

Each batch has its own unique flavor, and now it’s up to YOU to choose which one we’ll bring into our shop. We’ll have judging ballots for you to fill out, where you can note aroma, taste, and texture, and rank your top pick. No reservation needed—just come by, taste, and enjoy the cheese-y fun! 🎉

Ever wonder how the same cheese can taste slightly different? 🧀 This weekend, we’re bringing a one-of-a-kind experience to the shop where YOU get to compare multiple batches of Pleasant Ridge Reserve, the most-awarded cheese in American history. 🏆

Each wheel is crafted using the same process, but factors like seasonal milk variations and aging create subtle differences in flavor and texture. You'll get to fill out a ballot, noting things like aroma, taste, and texture, and rank which wheel is your favorite. Then, vote to help us pick the best batch to stock in our shop!
