OUR VISION is to support Men, Women and Youth to reach their full potential by discovering their full identity in Christ.
OUR MISSION is to empower and support all women, men, and youth of all ages & stages of life into the next steps of eternal decisions through the application of biblical principles to build healthy life skills, foster healthy communities, diversity and awareness.
We strive to serve YOU, regardless of what church you attend or if you attend no church at all! Our prayer is to be a reflection of Heaven- diverse, safe and peaceful body. Therefore, every one of our groups has people who attend different churches or no church at all.
Our Leadership Team... Every e-Steps Facilitator, Admin, etc. is Intesive Discipleship and trained in Trauma Informed Care utilizing Restorative Justice Practices.
e-Steps Women’s Ministry
The intent of our e-Steps group is to lead ALL women (from any church/unchurched) to JESUS CHRIST and empower each other through prayer, support, accountability, and learning of the word and our identity in Christ. We pray for the space that we share to be safe, non-judgmental and protected in Jesus name. We focus on finding our true self while holding onto self worth through the challenges of being a woman in todays world. We are usually first identified by our role as wife, mom, sister, etc.. Our hopes are to learn to identify ourselves for who Christ created us to be!

e-Steps Mens Ministry
e-Steps Mens Group is an out of the box kind of ministry! We are a group of diverse men from many different backgrounds, cultures, ages, churches and some who don't attend church at all... who all can come together for fellowship, encouragement, to share, uplift and support each other. All as we learn about what the Lords word says about our real-life situations. Come and join the discussions about the many intricacies of being a Husband, a single man, a father, desiring to be a father, a brother, a son or just about being a man in this complicated world we live in today. Most of all, feel free to get real with this group. PLEASE let’s discuss the issues YOU are struggling with. Comment, share or post in order to open a topic of discussion. No matter how real, difficult or raw your topic is, we are open to that discussion! We are not here to judge, only to support and help! The men of this group are what make this group all that it is. Please feel free to ask questions, post and discuss any topic on this page. We plan to have event’s for men to get together for fellowship, meet for group and prayer, do community outreach and so much more. You are welcome to join our group discussions, events, workshops and join in supporting one another.
