At Margot Blair, a table is never just a table.
It’s a canvas, layered with color, texture, and detail to shape the way people gather. Some are bold with print and pattern. Others, understated, letting flowers or candlelight take center stage.

This summer, we lived for stripes, citrus, bold prints and colors, florals with a flair for drama.
Now, our eyes are on fall: deeper tones, velvet touches, and golden light that lingers into the night.

The task: Create a sun-drenched summer moment that feels straight out of a postcard, ripe with color, warmth, and charm, for a milestone birthday that deserved nothing less.

The result:
A table that practically sings with saturated reds, citrusy hues, and the relaxed elegance of a long lunch on the Italian coast.
🍅Tomatoes and roses tangled together in a centerpiece that could double as a still life.
🍷Stripes layered fearlessly on the plates, the linens, even the flatware.
🍋 Fresh produce, custom printed napkins, and unexpected tableware details that keep the eye (and camera) moving.

Still reminiscing over this scene-stealing setup, a love letter to summer, designed for a birthday that brought all the right people to the table.

Synchronized swimmers in black bathing suits gliding through the water like living art. A world-renowned illusionist leaving even the most unflappable guests wide-eyed and whispering, “How did he do that?”

And when the noise curfew hit? We didn’t skip a beat.
We switched to a glowing, late-night silent disco because the dance floor deserves to live past midnight.

The result: A curated selection of deeply pigmented blooms, layers of stripes on stripes on stripes, custom-manufactured lighting, a hand-drawn party “mascot”, and numerous thinly shrouded nods to the Italian coast.

In the Austin events industry, Margot Blair has become a household name. Perhaps this is why they’re often surprised to find out that a Ms. Margot Blair doesn’t actually exist.

The now famous name was given to the company by its founder, Carly Blair, in 2009, as she felt that the name of her childhood alter ego better suited the playful luxury the brand would soon become known for. Over the years, the Margot Blair brand has distinguished itself amongst its contemporaries as having a very imaginative approach to event design, and has become known for an exclusive style and unanticipated conceptions that always manage to be on the industry’s leading edge.
