60 students and alumni will be selling their creative wares, along with our favorite farm stand from Agricultural Sciences, and a fun raffle from The Art Galleries at ACC ❤️✨

Auditions for Spring season start Sat Dec. 6 at 1 pm
must schedule appt [email protected] Auditions at Tapestry studios, 2015 E. Riverside. Auditions are for Macbeth, Madame X, and Much Ado. See details below

Macbeth will be performed at the Rollins theater at the Long Center. We are especially interested in casting actors of color since we are setting the play in contemporary Africa. Rehearsals Jan 12. opening Feb. 13-March 1. Equity roles already precast with Marc Pouhé as Macbeth and Helen Merino as Lady M. (see below listing of roles) Women are welcome to audition for male roles.
Madame X staged reading, the story of the creation of the John Singer Sargent painting, will be a Staged reading at KMFA Studio on March 21-22 performances. Rehearsals from March 14. four roles below. All Non Equity. Alumni actors who has been in Austin Shakespeare shows before should contact [email protected] about their interest.

Much Ado about Nothing will be performed outdoors at Zilker Hillside theater. Two equity contracts available. Rehearsals begin April 13. Performances May 7-May 24. All roles open. Two Equity contracts available.
Actors should prepare a 1-2 min speech of “heightened language” (or two contrasting speeches) memorized or can be read with familiarity. Welcoming all ethnicities and genders. Age is a matter of appearance.
Those who cannot attend should submit 1-2 min videos with “heightened language” through our website before Dec.31.
Rehearsals for major productions are generally Monday-Thursday from 7 pm -10 pm Saturdays 1-4 pm and Sundays 5-9 pm. Most at the Asian American Resource Center Cameron Rd. weekends at Tapestry studios
Four roles in Madame X staged reading- narrator/Ben, John Singer Sargent, Virgine Gautreau (Madame X) and Violet Paget, acclaimed writer. (all roles are ages 20-30's)

Auditions for Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! are Sunday, Dec. 14 and Monday, Dec. 15, 2025.
Appointment Required.

Rehearsals begin Monday, January 26, 2026.

The production runs Friday, March 20, thru Sunday, April 19, 2026.
