One of my all-time favorite sandwiches has to be a brisket sandwich—whether it’s chopped or sliced! We load them up with a generous amount of meat on buns, then top it off with grilled onions, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce. Hungry yet?

I want to take a moment to recognize this amazing woman, Savannah Slack, who is truly the backbone of this company. She’s dedicated so much of her time to making all of our sides and sauces, handling the drawings, managing our social media, and so much more, which has allowed me to focus more on the barbecue. Since she joined me, my business has leveled up in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I love you, Savannah. 🤟🏻

GOOD NEWS! Trailer found!

So, y’all are wondering what’s the surprise? That’s right, we found the trailer today! I drove in just now and am so thrilled to see my trailer here. I’m blown away by this big news. You can see the trailer was stripped to remove my original branding. The thief tried to obscure any Lotz of BBQ branding and removed the hitch lock. There’s some damage inside. I’m just glad we found the trailer! What’s important is that the trailer is found which means I can get back to business sooner than expected! Your support means the world to me. I want to thank Cesar Rocha and the Deaf Task Force for being amazing. Their support just gives me goosebumps. I also want to thank the news, KVUE and Fox for their help in spreading the word. Thanks to all of that, we found the trailer. More news to come later — Fox News will do an update tonight! Love y’all!
