BTS burger topped with sautéed mushroom and onions, pork belly bites. The burger is fresh ground sirloin and fresh ground pork belly seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion and yellow onion and a little mayo. The bun is a fresh baked Sourdough Hamburger Bun with a Kimchi Aioli on the bun. (Basically mayo and kimchi) served with Lotus Root chips topped with green onion.

Made an Ube Sourdough, Cinnamon Sugar, Regular Sourdough and Goat Cheese Sourdough. So darn good. Literally nothing like fresh baked bread. Some of my extracts are ready to go. I have pineapple, orange, cinnamon, spiced rum, vanilla and almond. Just in time for the holiday season. Used the vanilla extract one the Pumpkin Spice Cream cheese cookies that I made tonight. Trying to decide if I should leave them as is or add a drizzle of either cream cheese drizzle or a pumpkin caramel drizzle? Not sure yet.

Loved doing this one. My take on YoonGi’s steak sandwich from in the SOOP. I changed it to a plated meal. Made fresh Hokkaido Milk bread, toasted it, put some herb (from my garden) butter on it and the London Broil, made the slaw and added green onions & cherry tomatoes from my garden. Then made a Sakura cheesecake tart.
