BTS burger topped with sautéed mushroom and onions, pork belly bites. The burger is fresh ground sirloin and fresh ground pork belly seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion and yellow onion and a little mayo. The bun is a fresh baked Sourdough Hamburger Bun with a Kimchi Aioli on the bun. (Basically mayo and kimchi) served with Lotus Root chips topped with green onion.
