For you BBQ/whiskey lovers. If y’all are looking for something to do, I’m throwing a party Saturday. Food tickets below, special release bottle sold separately. 100% of ticket sales goes to Truth BBQ (No. 3 Best BBQ in Texas), Burnt Bean Co. (No. 4 Best BBQ in Texas) and Bryan Furman BBQ (Bon Apetit Best New Chef) from Atlanta.

Fierce Whiskers is Austin’s newest distillery. We’ll be releasing two barrels of a 2-year straight rye whiskey, bottled at cask strength of 116 proof. Comprised of 70% Brasetto rye, 20% soft winter wheat and 10% San Jacinto malted barely, I think it’s pretty unique and delicious. The label is one of my images of famed Texas pitmaster Ms. Tootsie of Snow's BBQ. This will also be the first release of rye whiskey from FW, as they are not yet in distribution and will only be available at the distillery. Hope to see some of y’all there. Cheers, 🥃!

Let’s fire a steak. Dry aged bone-in strip. Seasoned with sea salt + coarse black pepper. Don’t be afraid of a nice, heavy coat on thick cuts. Cooked on Summit Charcoal over hot . One flip. Pulled at 135°. Rested for 5 minutes. Nice crust + buttery fat, delicious. @ Austin, Texas
