Happy New Year and Hello! to all of our newly engaged followers! We thought it was time for a little intro to the team behind and ! 🤍
Director of Events Juliana Woolston (right) has been running our venues since 2012 (though she’s been somewhat involved since 1999 when her family purchased the Allan House and began renovating the property). When she’s not giving venue tours or working on the backend of the businesses, you can find her spending time with her husband and (almost) 1 year old son, treasure hunting at local thrift stores, cooking yummy meals and spending way too much time on Pinterest. Fun fact: Juliana and her husband Alex got married at The Allan House in 2021!
Event Manager Alex Faglie (left) joined our team in 2023 after moving from LA back home to Austin and spending a few years on the coordination side of the wedding world. Alex is an avid movie buff, known for her uncanny ability to inject obscure movie quotes into everyday conversation. In her free time, she enjoys creating themed playlists, thrifting, and live music/theater! Fun fact: Alex and her fiancé Will are currently planning their Summer 2025 destination wedding in Maine!
Non-wedding related fun fact: Juliana and Alex went to the same high school (at different times) and were on the same high school dance team 👯♀️ (go Hyline, iykyk).
