We have a little secret…we don't share EVERY detail about the planning process with our clients 😅 See this charger? This beautiful, **elusive** charger? Even though we nailed the design and ordered these chargers months in advance, sometimes life happens, and unfortunately 4 crates arrived broken the month before the wedding, with no time to reorder. So...what's a planner to do? Kristi was able to source an alternative that was very close to the original, communicate with the hotel, photo & video teams, and her assistants to make sure no photos or videos were taken of the mis-matched chargers, place them on guest tables near the back of the room, AND map out the route Hannah and Matt would take to greet tables, so that when they got to the tables with the replacement chargers, dinner service would be far enough along that the chargers would have been picked up already. Not to worry though, since the wedding Kristi let Hannah in on the secret, but this is one example of something we do to ensure there is as little stress going into wedding day as humanly possible!
