Now Booking Fall 2024/Spring 2025!!!

2025 will be the 10th year of Hype Rhythm, and I am excited to announce that we are evolving into an all inclusive entertainment group. From being DJ + Drums, to now including acts such as Sienna String Quartet, Solo Violinists, and Sax players, we now are going to be offering a myriad of different acts for ceremony, cocktail, dinner, and dancing.

We have been working with some of Austin’s best individuals who play/do: Drums, Sax, Guitar, Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano, Harp, Singer/Songwriter, Horn Section (of Sax, Trombone, & Trumpet), Jazz ensembles, & Sound Engineers to balance us all out.

The talent of these individuals is top tier and it’s hard to explain with words how good they are. So, we will be rolling out promo videos here and full length videos on YouTube over the next few weeks to showcase the combo possibilities of these individuals to play and improv together. Stay tuned, videos rolling out starting on Monday 5/13!

Thank you to all the musicians we have worked with (love you guys), and thank you everyone for yall’s patience as I’ve been recovering from multiple health issues over the past years. Finally fully recovered and ready to be the best we can be in 2025!

Hey everyone! Im excited to announce my videographer and I are starting a new project up, the Austin Wedding Experience Podcast. We filmed this teaser, but are planning to release Season 1 episodes over the next few weeks. We will chat with some amazing vendor guest hosts about their favorite wedding stories and important lessons learned along the way. One of the most helpful tips we go over in our initial meeting with clients is how the day of timeline would play out. Every wedding is different, and depending on your venue, vendors, and culture, this episode might not apply to you. This is the timeline that works best when clients usually work with us (Hype Rhythm DJ + Videographer). Most importantly, make sure you know the sunset on your wedding day, have a rain plan, and have a great timeline for the rehearsal dinner, day of timeline, and friends/family day of timeline.

5⭐️H.R. We had the honor of preforming for Katy and Jonathan at with coordinator

Absolutely unforgettable, incredible group of people. Highlights from the evening include a nonstop packed dance floor (of course), some of the best and funniest speeches I’ve ever heard, and an unexpected “ice-ing” during dinner that had the guests going crazy. They even sang along to the dinner music, and belted out I’ll be by Edwin McCain like it was the last song of the night. Hands down the highest energy wedding group I’ve ever seen. Awesome memories I’ll never forget. Congrats y’all! Hope to see y’all soon!

Hall of Fame?! We now stand alongside the greats such as Tim Duncan, Michael Jackson, and dj Casper of cha cha slide craze.

Since we don’t get a award ceremony speech, I’d thank my partner who made this possible, always doing an incredible job on the drums since we started 4 years ago. It’s incredible thing we get to do, and even better when we have each other to experience it with. Couldn’t do it without you, so thanks for trusting in me to get us here. Love ya man.
