Hey friends, I almost forgot... if you are in the DFW-FTW area tonight, Martin's Music Cafe (the venue I helped get going last year) is hositng Darden Smith! I am surely going to help support the venue, and if you know Darden's music, you know this is going to be a great show. He appeared on our Uncle Calvin's Coffeehouse stage 3 times between 2003 and 2010, and I can tell you, each show was a memorable night!
Darden has been getting a lot of attention for his work with helping organize the songs for soldiers groups, where professional song writers work with veterans to get their stories out! I'm sure a few of these songs will be played tomorrow night!
