The Charlton Farm The Charlton Farm Bed & Breakfast is a historic 30-acre estate located in Avon, NY. We specialize in outdoor weddings during the summer months.

During the off-season we are open as a bed and breakfast.

We look forward to partnering with the community in the New Year. A sales percentage from our Avon Cream Ale will be donated to the Avon Preservation & Historical Society and Bob’s Beer, recipe in development, will benefit su***de prevention. We have not chosen an organization yet so suggestions are welcome.

We are taking some much needed time off to spend with our family over Christmas. We’ll be open after the New Year so stop by for a sampling or pick up a crowler or 4 pack to go.

A cancer diagnosis is hard no matter when but it seems even harder during the holidays. I would know since my first diagnosis was a week before Christmas and my second diagnosis I was working on my treatment plan during the holidays. No one should fight cancer alone! Come and be part of our benefit weekend, great beer, great friends, great cause.

Oh snap it’s beer time. Good friends of ours drove in from the Syracuse area to visit. Couldn't help laughing when Lauren showed up with a similar sweater to Doug's, although hers was a bit more glittery :) Brought back great memories of our college days, the friends we made and how distance doesn't make you strangers. Picked up right where we left off. Grateful for the time we had together!

Without notice the Village of Avon revoked our Special use permit for special events therefore we are unable to open the brewery or host an event at the B&B. Instead we will be having a Christmas party for our friends and family. The sign will be at the end of the driveway so you can’t miss it with all the snow. We will be selling beers to go for those that would like to try our beer.
