It was an absolute joy to work with our client, J, throughout the wedding planning process. She hosted a beautifully intimate ceremony and reception at Nassau Valley Vineyards in Lewes, DE. The ceremony took place outdoors in The Grove, beneath the serene canopy of shade trees.
For the reception, guests transitioned to our elegant white tent, situated on the lawn adjacent to the Galleries building. J envisioned an outdoor celebration surrounded by the vineyard’s picturesque views, and the tent rental offered the perfect solution—providing an open-air experience while offering protection from the elements. Luckily, the weather was perfect!
The rental choices perfectly complemented the vineyard’s rustic charm, featuring farmhouse wooden tables and gold Chiavari chairs. J’s personal touches were evident throughout the ceremony and reception décor, adding a unique and heartfelt element to the entire event.

The head table is a spot for the newlyweds and their wedding party. It's the centerpiece of the reception, perfect for toasts and special moments.

Here are some head table styles to consider for your upcoming wedding:

✨ Sweetheart Table: Just the couple, for a special moment together. The wedding party and family sit nearby.

✨ U-Shape Head Table: A "U" shape allows guests to approach the couple easily.

✨ King Arthur Head Table: Chairs on both sides for a more intimate setting. The couple sits at one end or in the middle.

✨ Sweetheart + Traditional: Combine a small round table for the couple with long tables for the wedding party.

This focal area is a great place to repurpose ceremony florals or archways for a stunning backdrop!
