Hey everyone!! Wanted to give an update as I recently spoke with the Sports Center and we are going to wait a couple months before scheduling our events. The reasoning is because right now the sports center is still on strict orders and can only have up to 60 people in the building. They are confident that these restrictions will be lifted in the next couple of months. So I will be chatting with them in a couple months and will be sure to provide an update with you all. I have been just as anxious as everyone about these events and I’m so sorry we haven’t been able to have them. I wish I were more in control of them.
I know everyone who paid for the 2020 events are being super patient and I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am for that. No one asked for COVID to happen and it’s throwing a wrenching into everything, so please know how thankful I am that you all are being so patient.

I have heard from a few who have wanted a refund and it states on the paperwork no refund so I wanted to try and make something work for every person that is out there waiting.

So... as you can see in the picture please provide your choice and the specific information needed below. We could even discuss someone else claiming your spot and they can pay you for it. I’m willing to be flexible. 👇🏼👇🏼

After much discussion with the American Sports Center, we decided to POSTPONE our October 2020 event!!! We hate to have to do this because we all want MORE THAN ANYTHING for these events (and life) to get back to normal. BUT... we also felt that it was the smart and safe decision at this time. We appreciate everyone being patient and for understanding we are truly doing our best and want what’s best for you all!
That being said, please keep an eye on this page for updates. As soon as new tournaments are put on the calendar, we will have first dibs on claiming that date!! I will be filling up the calendar as soon as I can!! Those who have paid for the 2020 events will be able to choose which events work for them and their schedule first.
I’m working on a few other things too for everyone! So stay tuned!!!!

Hey guys!!! UPDATE!!!! I’m doing my best but there’s only so much I can do right now. Trust me we will have our events SOON!!!!! I will be contacting you all and letting know my next line up ASAP!!!!!
As of NOW, our June 6th event is canceled. I just spoke to the Avondale Sports Center and unfortunately it is still canceling events/tournaments. I will keep you all posted and as soon as I am given that green light, YOU ALL in here will be the FIRST to know. So stay tuned and keep an eye on this page for announcements!!!!!

I’m sure you already assumed. But our May 9 event will be rescheduled. I am so sorry that all this is happening and effecting our events but it is out of our control so please do not stress. For those of you who have done events with me before, know that’s it’s going to be ok and know that we will fix it and make it even better. Don’t you worry!!!! 💕 Praying life gets back to some normalcy soon because I miss you all and truly want what is best for you.

I was just informed that this is OFFICIALLY postponed!!!! I’m sure you may have assumed as did I, but I had to wait for the official word from the school!!!!
Stay tuned on the “if and when” this will be rescheduled. I’m waiting to hear more from the school. If by chance it will NOT be then we will either have another school event OR we will be doing an event at the Sports Center.

✨✨✨MARCH 21 EVENT IS POSTPONED!!!!!!! The USA Gymnastics Tournament has been postponed until further notice. Once they choose their date, I will rebook this event as we already have first dibs.

✨OCTOBER 24- Basketball @ Sports Center

Spots will be on a first come first serve basis to who first makes payments - no duplicated businesses. All events are $50.
You’ll be provided a 6 foot table with 2 chairs.
All vendors are expected to share the event info on their FB pages.
All events at sports center will be from 9-1pm and set up time begins at 8 AM.
