As I walked around the upperfield pond this morning, I discovered that our water lilies are blooming! We’ve always had a small patch in the southwest corner, but now we have a new circular patch in the middle of the north bank, and the frogs are loving it!

They have arrived! The Lack Family Band arrived in their caravan of campers at Azalea Mountain Venue last evening. They will be entertaining us all at our Wine-Wednesday event tonight at 6pm! You don’t have to be a wine lover to come enjoy good music and company. These are wonderfully sweet community events!!! There will be a suggested $10pp entry at the gate, and please know that ALL entry dollars collected go to help support the musicians. Come support “life is good” in Azalea Oregon!

Next Wine Wednesday…July 24th!
Great wines with Season Cellars, and fantastic music shared by the Lack Family. We will be collecting $10 per person at the gate to help fund the musicians to continue their tour. (Kids 12 & under are free.) Wine tasting (21+) is free. Plan a dinner date…food and drinks will be available to complete the evening of fun!

Here we go…We are all busy bees getting ready for our launch of Wine Wednesday’s tomorrow night. We call it “Wine” Wednesday because it started out as a way to host local wineries in the area to get them recognized. Bringing in music made it become an event! It is a relaxing, fun, enjoyable evening of magical sweetness. Adding a food pairing to the gathering has created a date night experience. I love the fact that you don’t have to like or drink wine to join the party, as there’s a little bit of something for everyone!
It’s just a simple night out, enjoying good food, music, and friends. If you haven’t been to one of these events yet, I encourage you to give it a try! Join me at Azalea Mountain Venue!
