catering a Halloween party for all the staff at la county fire department. It was really great coming back again for the 3rd time. Everyone really enjoyed our famous wood grilled tacos. They kept coming back for third and fourth servings.

My daughters elementary crossing guard, a jumper/table/chair rental, he worked at Knotts seasonaly, mountain high helping people , a true entrepreneur that I would refer for rental equipment and be would do the same for my business, he would get burritos and be so in love with them. The way he talked about my food telling me it was the best burritos/meats he ever had that his friends were so in love with the food. It made me truly feel like I have a purpose and gift. He was so animated and always happy. Of course most of us know that being that way your usually covering up some deep down pain. He would let me know in his way. He'd be so cool and respectful to everyone and put on a smile no matter what. Very professional. His life ended at they young age of 30. It's very unfortunate because he was so loved by all the kids that he protected while helping them cross that very dangerous intersection. So if anyone knows him, or knows anyone like him that tragically passed his family would really appreciate any support on his go fund me. Rest in peace Shaun. 🙏

Next time make sure the guys you hire for tacos/catering are reputable.
Get a invoice with terms and pay a little more than the lowest guy. It never works out getting the lowest price "taco guy". We get these last minute calls at least 3 times a week. It really gets us 😡 because they make us good caterers/taco guys look bad. I told them good luck finding someone but they'll probably end up buying 🍕 or having to cook themselves. Your guests deserve the best.

Make sure to book far ahead for catering. We're getting booked daily. We love it when our customers let us know how we're doing. This is what gets us the most business.. word of mouth. Thanks to everyone that's hiring us for the months to come. Almost fully booked for July only have few spots left.
