Craftjam is an recurring First Friday event that strives to introduce new and exciting concepts to the Bakersfield art scene. The Mothership and The Quiet have joined forces to create an experimental space for artistic collaboration and innovation. Craftjam takes shape as an art gallery on the 2nd floor of Jasmine and the New Taste and every month the party just gets better... It has featured many

local artists, art collectives, DJs, spoken word, short film screenings, clothing pop-ups, music, and dance performances. There is always art for show and art for sale, and occasionally an impromptu dance party. From 5-11pm, you can grab a few beers and hang out with the grooviest of local creatives!
