The bond that these two have just makes my heart melt! He was eight years old when he started his job as the bat boy on the team. Oh, how he loved it he would talk about how one day he was going to be an eagle and how he hoped his papa would still be coaching when he got into high school and well now here we are and my baby isn't such a baby anymore and yes his papa is his high school baseball coach and Ollie has been promoted to bat boy and what an amazing season it has been for these boys they just took home the valley championship and playing their second state playoff game tonight. They work hard they play hard and they love even harder and I couldn't be more proud of them. Good luck tonight boys and cheers to taking home the state championship.
