I know since the big C word eating establishments aren’t what they use to be (Service, etc), so I was thinking about since I have access to a commercial kitchen of offering personal chef services to the area (A personal chef means prepare meals for private clients in a commercial kitchen and delivering those meals to the correct clients once a week according to their menu selection for that week, They also can work with any special diet you may be requiring). Now this is just in the planning stages at this point but here’s a bare bones breakdown ($125 for 5 meals (My Time Plus the Electricity), plus cost of groceries (I do the grocery shopping also), and my mileage to and from Grocery Store/your home usually averages out to around $250/300 + a week per client/Family and I will give you a detailed Menu and invoice with grocery etc receipts stapled to it with every weekly order AND you only pay WHEN the meals are delivered, you can choose Cash for a 5% discount or use a debit/credit card + a 4% fee that’s passed on from the processor, delivered Flash Frozen, straight to your door every Thursday all you need to do is defrost, heat and eat (can do these 1 of 2 ways TV Dinner style with 2 sides and a bread or Main Dish Freezer Meals with no sides or bread), I will also carry FULL Food Insurance coverage that’s needed and will also be bonded. Would anyone be interested in a service like this? And I do realize this service isn’t for everyone. I am planning on servicing all of Mitchell, Mcdowell, Yancey and Avery Counties.
