A customer from Delaware called to place an order for local delivery. As I took his order, we ended up chatting for a while, building a good rapport. After I sent him the invoice, he surprised me by doubling the amount of the order. Touched by his generosity, I called him back to express my gratitude. He simply said he wanted to properly honor and respect the quality of my service. It was a humbling and heartwarming moment that reminded me why I love what I do.
