This is the kouhakutou crystal candy that is all over social media.

What is crystal candy?
Crystal candy, also known as kohakutou, is gemstone like candy made through the process of combining agar agar (vegan gelatin) and sugar , allowing it to crystalize which creates a crunchy crust and a soft, jelly inside—similar to jello.
It's a unique flavor/ texture experience you won’t find with any other candy.

Crystal candy is vegan, gluten free, and does not contain gelatin.

Royal Promise productions is moving the free meet and greet with princess Tiana and Rapunzel to today from 3:30-5:00.

This was originally scheduled for tomorrow but with the impending storm it is being moved up to today .

Valentine's Day is Friday! ❤️
Have you ordered your treats yet?
We have something for your special someone .
All week we will have fresh chocolate dipped strawberries . 🍓
These can be purchased individually or arranged in a heart box with assorted chocolates or truffles. (Photo 1)
Our heart shaped chocolate truffle box is also available for pre-order . Each shell contains mini truffles and a foiled chocolate heart. (Photo 2)
Or you can stay traditional with a 1 pound box of assorted chocolates . Select your own mix or we can assemble an assortment for you. (Photo 3)
We do have some of these items available for walk in purchase but I recommend calling in your order to be sure we have what you want available and ready to go.

Today is the day! Stop in and meet the princesses. This is a Free event!
Due to the popularity of these events we will be using a waitlist app. so that no one has to wait in line outside. Just send one person from your party to the door, they will take your name and reserve your spot in line. Wait in the warmth of your car until you receive notification it's time for your group to come in.
The shop will be open from 10:30 - 3:00 today. We have plenty of treats for the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day!

Well, it's not the Super Bowl I was hoping for.🤷🏽‍♀️
Each tray contains some sweet… and some salty .🧂(because I'm m still pretty salty about the Lions and Bills both losing)
Gummy rings & gummy bears in team colors. Chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered potato chips, and delicious Madeline chocolate footballs 🏈
All tied up in a football themed bow.
We will have other football themed treats in store tomorrow for cash and carry .

We have something a little different to post today!
I thought this was such a great idea, I had to get involved.
Baldwinsville Rotary and Erin's Angels have this clever fundraiser taking place right now.
For just a $20 donation you receive a kitchen towel printed with Julie Boeheim's 'SU team favorite recipe' in her handwriting. The towel comes wrapped around a box of Jiffy mix.
This is such a cute idea and all for a great cause.
Your donation will go to weekend meal programs that nourish children in our community.
We have these on the shelf and they can be purchased during our regular business hours. Let's help these wonderful organizations feed the children. 💕

Made a quick trip over to Charlee’s Ice Cream today and brought a little of the Dubai Chocolate madness with me!
Kristin and I created this unbelievably delicious Dubai chocolate sundae.
Layers of crunchy chocolate crumb, toasted khatifi mixed with pistachio cream, chocolate custard ice cream, pistachio custard ice cream, crunchy chocolate topping and crushed pistachios .
One of the best things I've had in a long time !
