We are very proud to announce that Kim Klopstock passed the test for GREAT Kitchens: Gluten-Free Training with a score of 100% and has completed the necessary courses to be certified by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, and the Celiac Learning Center. We love a good adventure and will happily travel to your destination location. We have catered weddings and other events throughout New York state including: Long Island, NYC, the Hudson River Valley, Lake Placid, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and various locations in the Adirondacks.
