Our menus are custom designed and tailored to suit your specific tastes, needs, location, vision and budget. This extra care allows us to create an event as unique as you are and ensures that you and your guests will exper

Our attention to detail and customized menus gives us a creative quality that separates us from the more commercial establishments that provide predetermined menus which emphasize volume. By using local, regional, organic and bio-dynamically farmed products, we ensure that every ingredient is of the highest quality and freshness and that our menus are clean, simple, healthy, decadent, sustainable and delicious! This is our way of honoring you, your vision and your guests and well as the farmer and chef. We are very proud to announce that Kim Klopstock passed the test for GREAT Kitchens: Gluten-Free Training with a score of 100% and has completed the necessary courses to be certified by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, and the Celiac Learning Center. We love a good adventure and will happily travel to your destination location. We have catered weddings and other events throughout New York state including: Long Island, NYC, the Hudson River Valley, Lake Placid, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and various locations in the Adirondacks. Some of our out of state event destinations have been in Massachusetts, including Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Florida, including Naples, Palm Beach and Fisher Island, California including San Francisco, New Jersey, including the Jersey Shore and Saddle River, Maine, and Washington DC to name but a few. Thank you to everyone who joined us at S**C for the "Food as Medicine" event with Dr. Katie Takayasu! We had an amazing time exploring the healing power of food, with tastings of healthy food and drink, all created from her recipe and lifestyle book Plants First. It was inspiring to see so many people interested in using food to support their health and well-being. We hope you left feeling empowered to make positive changes, big and small.
