If you don't know, check out this quick and tasty recipe.

YOU'LL NEED
1 cup water
1⁄4 cup sugar
1" piece peeled fresh ginger, sliced
24 oz Greek-style yogurt (four 6-oz containers)
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1⁄2 cup granola

HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine the water, sugar, and ginger in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes.
Discard the ginger pieces.

Divide the yogurt among four bowls, top with the fruits and granola, then drizzle with the ginger syrup. For a more dramatic presentation, layer the yogurt, fruit, granola, and syrup in tall glasses, like parfaits.

Chili is good for any season and in any weather. Not only is it healthy, but it’s also easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 medium onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
2 14.5 ounce cans fire roasted garlic diced tomatoes
1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups frozen corn (no need to thaw)
1 4 ounce can chopped green chiles
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1½ tablespoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 whole chipotles in adobo diced (can add some sauce too for some more heat)
salt and pepper

For serving
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
green onions
tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Add in ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink.
2. Add the turkey to the slow cooker along with the rest of the ingredients (except for toppings)
3. Cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 4 hours, until the soup is cooked through.
4. Serve warm with the suggested toppings above!

INGREDIENTS
ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt

MAPLE TAHINI DRESSING
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

SALAD
6 cups chopped kale (about 1/2 bunch)
1 large apple*
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces. Place the sweet potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet and add the cooking oil, cinnamon, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Toss the sweet potatoes until they are coated in oil and spices.

2. Roast the sweet potatoes for about 30 minutes, or until they are tender and browned on the edges, stirring once half - way through. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, prepare the rest of the salad. Start with the dressing. Add the tahini, water, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt to a blender or bowl. Blend or whisk together until the ingredients are emulsified and smooth. Set the dressing aside.

3. Pull the kale leaves from the tough woody stems and rinse them well in a colander with cool water. Drain the kale well, then slice it into thin strips (they don't have to be perfect, so don't stress about this, just aim for smaller pieces). Divide the sliced kale between four bowls or containers.

4. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core. Cut each quarter into thin slices. Add the apple slices to each container.

5. Add 1 Tbsp each of the pepitas, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries to each container. When the sweet potatoes are finished roasting, let them cool for about 5 minutes, then divide them between the containers. Divide the dressing four small containers.

Enjoy the salad immediately or refrigerate up to five days.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb flank steak sliced against the grain into 1/2 inch strips
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 onion thinly sliced (no more than 1/4 inch thick)
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4 inch thick)
1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4 inch thick)
1 green bell pepper thinly sliced (1/4 inch thick)
8 flour or corn tortillas
lime wedges and chopped fresh cilantro for topping onto fajitas

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.

2. In a large bowl, add steak, onions and bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Mix everything until it is evenly coated in oil and garlic. Sprinkle seasoning mix over everything. Mix again until everything is evenly coated.

3. Line a 2/3 size sheet pan with foil. This is a size up from the common half sheet pan used for baking cookies. If you do not have a 2/3 size sheet pan, you can use two half sheet pans. Lay all the vegetables and meat onto the lined sheet pan. Try your best to keep it to a single layer with no overlap.

4. Cook for about 12-20 minutes or until steak reaches desired doneness and vegetables are cooked but still crisp. When there is about 5 minutes left before food is done, cover tortillas in aluminum foil and place on top of baking pan to warm up. I placed mine right in the corner of the pan. (Please note, the tortillas will warm up but won't have the toasted/charred look. I toasted mine on the flame of my gas stove to achieve the color.)

5. Serve with lime wedges, fresh cilantro and any other toppings you desire.

YOU'LL NEED:
1⁄2 Tbsp butter
6 eggs, beaten
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 oz ham, cut into thin strips
4 whole wheat or multigrain English muffins, split and lightly toasted
1 cup prepared salsa
1 cup shredded low-fat Jack or Cheddar cheese

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Heat the butter in a large nonstick pan.
3. When the butter is fully melted, season the eggs with salt and pepper, then add to the pan, along with the ham strips.
4. Cook, using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to keep stirring the eggs as they set.
5. Remove the pan from the heat about 30 seconds before the eggs are fully done (they'll continue to cook in the pan and in the oven).
6. Slather each English muffin half with a good spoonful of salsa.
7. Divide the eggs among the English muffins, then top with the cheese.
8. Place all the English muffins on a baking sheet and broil (6" from the heat is ideal) until the cheese is fully melted and browned around the edges.

Are you meal prepping for the weekend?! If so, here's a delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Brussels sprouts
1.25 lbs. sweet potato*
3 Tbsp cooking oil, divided
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1.3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 Tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Rinse the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with 1 Tbsp oil, and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Wash the sweet potato then slice it in half lengthwise. Prick the outside surface with a fork. Rub 1 Tbsp oil over all surfaces of the sweet potato. Place the sweet potato, cut sides down, on the baking sheet with the Brussels sprouts.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, stir the Brussels sprouts, then return the baking sheet to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts have reached your desired level of browning. If the sweet potato is not softened all the way through at this point, just remove the sprouts and return the sweet potato to the oven.

While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the chicken breast. Combine the steak seasoning, smoked paprika, and sweet paprika in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture.

Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts.
Cook the chicken breasts, without flipping, for about 8 minutes, or until well browned on the bottom. Flip the breasts and cook on the second side until well browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165ºF). Cooking time will vary with the thickness of the chicken.

Transfer the cooked chicken breast to a clean cutting board to rest for five minutes before slicing.

Cut the sweet potato halves in half once again to create four portions. Divide the sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and sliced chicken between four containers. Add a pat of butter to each piece of sweet potato. Refrigerate up to four days.

Here's a tasty meal if you're prepping for the weekend. 😉

𝐂𝐚𝐣𝐮𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini (½ lb.)
1 yellow squash (½ lb.)
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
14 oz. Andouille sausage*
2 Tbsp cooking oil, divided
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into half-rounds. Slice the red bell pepper and red onion into strips. Add all of the vegetables to a large bowl.

2. Slice the sausage into rounds. Add the sausage and 1 Tbsp cooking oil to a large skillet. Cook the sausage over medium heat until well browned. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the sausage to a clean bowl.

3. Drizzle the vegetables with the remaining 1 Tbsp cooking oil, then sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper over top. Toss the vegetables to coat them in oil and spices.

4. Place the same skillet back over the heat and turn the heat under the skillet up to medium-high. Once very hot, add the vegetables and sauté just until they are slightly tender. The vegetables will pick up the flavor left in the skillet from the sausage, so do not clean the skillet first. Be careful to not overcook the vegetables, as they will cook more when you reheat your meal preps.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the cooked sausage and chopped parsley to the vegetables. Toss to combine with the vegetables. Give the sausage and vegetables a taste and adjust the salt or other seasonings to your liking.

6. Serve immediately or divide into four portions and refrigerate until ready to eat.
