Hanging eucalyptus in your shower looks so pretty and it provides a sense of peace and tranquility along with other healing properties. Think anti-stress, energizing and decongesting benefits.

Eucalyptus relieves stuffy noses and sinus headaches. That’s why most over the counter chest rubs and humidifiers have eucalyptus as the active ingredient. This along with the steam from the hot running water releases the oils from your eucalyptus bundle and will loosen things up in your nasal passages and help clear you of any congestion helping you to breathe better. With flu season being basically all year, the combined steam and plant oils loosen mucus, relieve congestion, and inflammation and will help you feel better sooner.
