Like previous years we put together a tray to celebrate for a whole month!

This 60 pieces tray with a value of $102.00 (plus tax) will be on sale for $85 (plus tax if applicable). You can place your pre-order from September 1 to October 13 to pickup from September 15 to October 15, 2024 at our food truck LOTE 787 location.

Gente, I know the mini cordon blue are not truly puertorrican, but is an item very attached to our childhood in the island!
You have them in any birthday celebration and is also something you can get in any restaurant as an appetizer when you go out to eat.

This is all about identity, memories and heritage!

¿¡Y cuantos de usted pelan huevos y le quedan así!? ¡¡NO MIENTAN QUE LO SE TODO!!

Truco para cocinar huevos y que les queden perfectos?
1. Hierve el agua hasta punto de ebullición
2. Una vez hierva el agua ponnlos huevos a hervir por 11 a 12 minutos. (No más porqur la yena se le pone gris o verdoso)
3. Remueve de la estufa y para la cocción inmediatamente con agua fría. Rompe un con unos cantasitos la cáscara del huevo incluyendo el área de la cámara de aire de éste.
4. Déjalo reposar por unos 5 minutos en agua templada a fría. Una vez pasado este tiempo proceda a pelar.

El huevo debe quedar cocido a la perfección y fácil de pelar.

Si le gusta la yema de huevo blanda, cocine por 6 minutos.
Si le gusta media dura, cocine por 8 a 9 min.

Pelar huev0s duros es mi pasión 😝😝😝😁
