Someone special brought me some Suya from Lagos. Beef & Ram Suya to be precise.
There is just something about food made in Nigeria that makes it different 🥰
I have eaten suya with everything these past few days, everything except bread (I don’t really like bread)

Ata Didin (Fried Pepper Sauce ) with Pomo (cow skin) & Eja Kika (smoked fish)….
This sauce didn’t last 3 days.
Ate it with white rice, fried yam & pasta.
My offspring was licking it like that with nothing, that’s how good it is.

Cutting red meat off my diet so I made this with just smoked fish, smoked turkey, shrimp and Pomo.
