🚨🍦ICE CREAM MACHINE RENTALS🍦🚨It's that time of year to start planning graduation parties. We have some dates in May and June available for our commercial ice cream machine rentals. As always, delivery, set up, a table with casters, 50' extension cord, 1 bag of ice cream mix, pick up and clean out is all included with each rental. Thank you, Liberty Union FFA, for asking us to smoke the meat for the banquet again this year! They ordered applewood smoked pulled pork and brisket for 450 members and guests. We appreciate the repeat business. Also, thanks to all the volunteers who helped serve the food and the high-school kitchen staff for preparing the sides. We look forward to this every year!

Thank you, Fairfield County Cattleman’s Association, for asking us to cater your banquet again. They requested smoked beef brisket, our BBQ sauce, cheesy potatoes, green beans with bacon, and an ice cream machine. These folks help promote and raise a safe and quality product for the consumer. They also provide scholarships to youth in Fairfield County. It was a great evening. EAT BEEF!

The Saum Family Farm goes back 8 generations and is very diversified. They raise Christmas trees, pumpkins, Indian corn, sweet corn, field corn, wheat, soybeans, livestock, sell Pioneer seed and most importantly families. We were asked once again to provide some of the food for the Miller family's fireworks celebration. We dropped off 56 pounds of smoked beef brisket, 53 pounds of Applewood smoked pulled pork and a bunch of cheesy potatoes. The Miller family has been a huge supporter of our small business. We have 10 pounds of apple wood smoked pulled pork available. It will be refrigerated and in 5 pound pans. Message us if you're interested in one pan or both. It must be picked up. You will have to be flexible on pick up time as we are extremely busy. Have a good Memorial Day and enjoy your family.
