As part of Baltimore's ongoing August Wilson Celebration, we’re happy to partner with other theatres across our region on this multi-year project. Up next is our production of "Joe Turner’s Come and Gone!" Join us as we celebrate Wilson's genius and showcase his American Century Cycle, one play at a time, and elevate his lasting impact on American theatre.

Herald Loomis, a man haunted by his past and searching for his missing wife, arrives at a Pittsburgh boarding house. Along the way, he meets a cast of characters whose histories are filled with heart, wisdom, and spiritual depth. As his life intertwines with the residents of this transient home, his journey transforms into an emotional quest for identity.

Performances begin September 20th! For tickets and more visit --> ChesShakes.com/JoeTurner
