Emmabean is an accessible, nourishing food entity that provides diverse meal possibilities. Motivated by seasonality, taste and tutelage of Florida’s local farms and fisheries, we are committed to creating sustenance with whole, clean foods, responsibly. All of Emmabean's recipes start with proper sourcing. We take the best ingredients from local partners we trust and create delicious meals from s

cratch. Whether it's the apple sauce, dipping sauces or breadcrumbs, we know everything that goes into our food. What's equally important to us is what's not in our food, including excess sugar and processed goods. Whenever possible, we use local and organic ingredients, and we closely weigh our options on the occasions where we choose outside those parameters. In addition, we carefully consider our menu planning to create as little waste as possible, meaning a brighter future for the people we serve.
