I’ll be doing a family music concert for Take Your Child To Work Day for their offices in SF, NYC and Toronto and all their remote employees. Edit: they might add a show at their Sydney offices too!

Look at my little Jewish cutie! Teddy made his own menorah out of Play Dough. Two big announcements! 1) Next Sunday January 12th I’m performing for a huge crowd of kids in Philly’s National Constitution Hall at 11 AM so come out Philadelphia peeps! Also just wanted to give everyone a heads up that a FLURRY of bookings have come in for Winter, Spring and Summer. I can guarantee I will be sold out of dates and time slots for the Summer so get your dates in ASAP. Love you all and HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Today is my birthday. Lucky number 37. Decided to go camping with my two children. Things I’m grateful for: my health, newfound self love over these past 3-4 years, my higher power guiding me on a beautiful life’s journey, my son, my dog, talking with delightful strangers, experiencing the moon when it changes colors, my parents and brothers and sisters in law, my crossfit family, acroyoga, Brazilian Zouk, my Al anon family, Pete Seeger being my North Star, Zoom is a gift from the heavens, making music on my oculus headset and watching movies on it, being able to easily relaunch the in-person side of my work, Adam Ray as Dr. Phil, reconnecting with old friendships that had been neglected, being able to do my first handstand this year, reading library books to my son before going to bed, libraries, the awareness of goal setting and the power in that, the fact that people can jam together over the internet, learning that life is the narrative that I choose to tell myself not what other people think of me, traveling to California and looking at the ocean from the West Coast … I’m sure there’s more. Life is beautiful. It’s good to be alive.
