Do you ever remember getting a helium balloon when you were younger and you let the string go... As it begins to float away, you're looking in disbelief... questing if it's gone forever or is it going to come back. The level of sadness that forms in your heart knowing it won't be back....

Today was a lot...Everyday is a new day to start over. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

When you get that call from your former student out of the blue saying Chef Moe dinner is on me tonight! He came through, Seared Salmon with a fruit salsa, yellow rice pilaf, sauteed cabbage, steamed broccoli and a spicy chicken patty. Dinner, dessert and a few cold beverages to wash it all down. What a blessing after the day I had. I came home and didn't have to cook. Thank you Yall check him out. The food is good!
