Stillpointe has made a habit of highlighting work featuring q***r and female centric stories. It seemed like this election, with all at stake we couldn’t sit out. But we wanted to do it our way. Hence, the idea of a femme centric cabaret featuring pop, show tunes, and Danielle Robinette’s genius Mistress of Ceremony skills.

“As a q***r DC swamp kid who grew up with a mother sort of well known for her work in progressive politics, maybe I’m to the left of a lot of people- even her and, certainly, the DNC ticket . But that doesn’t make me “ a humorless feminist” as the stereotype goes. I love pop music-and I think that meeting people where they are can make actual change. We, as a company, want to keep up momentum and optimism while we push for progressive causes-and i mean what does that better than Britney, bitch?” - Kitt Crescenzo.
