Alex has been with since 2019 where she started as a trusted wedding assistant. In 2023, she became a lead planner and has been rocking it ever since!

Alex is a boy mom (twins!) so she is totally used to multitasking! She loves organizing and cultivating teamwork! Alex loves party planning and celebrating so weddings are perfect for her.

Alex is always smiling and may be one of the friendliest wedding vendors you will ever meet! We are lucky to have her on the team! 💕

In November of 2013, I did my first wedding (swipe to see my first amazing couple ~ Heidi + Paul). A few months later in 2014, I officially started a small wedding planning business ~ The Wedding Assistant of Baltimore.

4 years later, after countless weddings, we rebranded to 1423 Events to reflect a growing team and the fact that we did so many other types of events.

Today, with these two fabulous gals .ruane.7 and and several talented assistants ~ 1423 is thriving and ready for more adventures! 🌟

Thank you to the clients, the vendors, the venues who are a part of this success! We love you! And shoutout to our teammates who have moved on to other careers (Sara, Våren, Lynn, and Gabriella!) 💕We miss you.

The ceremony is traditionally where your guests are first greeted, where they’ll first see you as a married couple, and where you’ll have your first kiss ~ so you might as well make it as remarkable as possible!

With the help of 🌸and 🍽️~ Carrie and Greg’s vision came to life! One of the most breathtaking spaces became even more beautiful with this runway aisle and we loved being part of the team that made this a reality (even if it meant lots and lots of measuring and second-guessing)!
