Are you an experienced office manager with a passion for the world of baking? We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team at Pariser’s Bakery. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery’s administrative tasks while supporting our delicious creations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and payroll.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software tools.
- Familiarity with bakery operations is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the world of baking and pastry is highly valued.
