Happy and my 5 best tips to start off your year strong:

1. Don’t start the year messy.📆
Get your planner/phone calendar set up now. Your future you will thank you when you’re not stressing over a surprise test.

2. Pick one habit & stick to it🎒
Not 10, not 5. Just one. Maybe it’s packing your bag at night or charging your phone away from your bed. Small wins add up.

3. Find your people. 👯‍♂️
Clubs, sports, dance, band. Whatever feels like you. School’s way more fun when you look forward to seeing your people.

4. Speak up sooner. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Confused? Ask. Stressed? Share. Teachers and friends can’t read your mind (thankfully), so don’t wait until you’re drowning.

5. Protect your energy.💆🏻‍♀️
Drink water, get sleep, take breaks. You can’t run on empty. Showing up as your best self starts with taking care of you.
