This day was created in 2017 as away to mark the “end” of engagement season as the months between November-February see the most engagements.
However, it doesn’t matter when you got engaged or when you plan to get married the important thing to remember is you found someone worth celebrating life with- and that honestly should be celebrated every day! 🤍
As we start logging off to enjoy the weekend with family (for the first time in 2 years), I wanted to pause and just say thank you to our clients we have had the true privilege to work with this year, our vendor partners who have become friends, the team of business partners we work with who’s knowledge and support is truly cherished, to Jill who seriously crushed it this year, and to my husband Brian and our son for your continuous love, support and encouragement!
Wishing you and yours a beautiful weekend and please remember to support local this weekend! Our local purveyors have inventory carefully selected, enjoy helping you find the right gift, and know it will arrive in time ! ~ Lisa

As a company, we have 3 guiding principles- this is the first and what we feel is the most important.
We have all seen the movies where wedding planners have a high-powered attitude, and unfortunately it’s cast the industry in a darkened light. You could also say there is a lot of competition in the wedding industry. It is our belief that we compete with ourselves everyday to provide a better experience for our clients. There are right partners for every situation, and we value learning from others and collaborating.
To our clients, your wedding is your wedding. Our job is to listen, propose alternatives when an idea might not work or flow well with your overall vision, but at the end of the day help produce the best result for your vision. #worldkindnessday
With a busy Fall season approaching we are taking some time off to mentally rest, charge up, and discover new inspirations.
We’ll be back Thursday, and answering emails then! 💌
Every couple has that one thing they want for their wedding. Some are pretty standard like to have guests feel relaxed…. Others are a bit more unusual like having a dress code that ensures not seeing guys leg hair (true story).
For this couple, the lovely bride, Sarah only wanted to have her wedding on 7/11. Pretty easy right? We were set to officiate a small ceremony in Maine, then they were heading to Jamaica for a destination wedding. Well, #COVID.
Using our industry connections we replanned Sarah & Adam’s wedding in record time to ensure she still got her date- all while balancing safety and a tone of celebration!
Sarah & Adam, cheers to you, your love for one another, and navigating your first year of marriage! Happy Anniversary

Today we celebrate the recognition of Juneteenth as a federal holiday. We recognize that Black History is American History and that the liberation of Black Americans was not honored until nearly two and a half years later, and that even today, centuries later work remains. We vow to create a space for education, equity and support for all in the work that we do and within the our industry.
