Mandy recently had the opportunity to learn from and Adam from about strategies for sourcing and serving Maine Bluefin Tuna, nearly year-round—diving into purchasing, handling, storing, and aging this prized local catch.

This kind of knowledge is invaluable for fostering a stronger, more sustainable community, allowing us to continue to celebrate and support the local resources that make Maine so special.

A few weeks ago we walked through this stunning venue located here in Maine. This incredible house, originally built in 1847 by a ship captain, has been recently renovated and it’s truly an exceptional place.
