As much as I debated on eating it and not telling you all, I just decided to do the right thing and let you in on our secret since everyone has been asking when we’ll have more. How’s those holiday decorations coming? Crazy to think how fast another Christmas season showed up. Feels like it was just last week that we were in the mall getting this pizza slice, along with our annual family ornament, made. I have to admit, last year I was a nervous wreck around this time. I had just left a full time career of the last twelve years, to persue a passion for pizza. I remember thinking in my head “man I hope this ornament isn’t something I can’t bear to look at next year, because maybe this whole food truck dream didn’t work out”. On the contrary. This year not only do we get to hang it up again, we get to hang it up with new meaning. Last year it meant a scary new journey. This year, this pizza slice symbolizes YOU. Yes, YOU. So many of you have been along with us for the ride the entire time, and we can’t begin to tell you what it means to us to look out the window and see those familiar faces. Not just that. The sharing of our posts. The positive word of mouth. The sending your friends and family to try us out. The gifts you guys have brought us throughout the year. Keeping up with us when we are sick, or our kids are sick, and the trailer can’t go out. Many of you all treat us as your very own family. It all means the world to us. So because of you all, both the old faces and the new, our friends, our family, other food truckers we’ve made friends with along the way, ALL of YOU, we get to hang this pizza slice once again this holiday season. Thank you all so much for being our customers. Sorry for the long post, but we want you to know that you guys really are the best and we’re truly grateful to have you. Happy holidays everyone!

The holiday cheer was in full effect this weekend. Thank you to city of Mt. Washington and city of Shepherdsville for letting us be a part of your Light Up festivals. You really can’t top the smiling faces on all of the kids at these kinds of events. We had such a great time with you all, and look forward to catching everyone again very soon.
