🎄Company Christmas Party Pasta Bar catering tonight had us cutting fresh penne pasta and rolling butternut squash ravioli w/ our brown butter sage sauce, making peppermint cannoli filling, & more!

Assortment of our fresh Bolognese, Alfredo, and Marinara sauces were offered to pair with our penne and a garden salad w/rolls on the side.

Add a little Tiramisu w/ VT MAPLE 🍁 and Pasta Frolla Shortbread for dessert and you have a real party!🥳

AND.. this catering was for the wonderful staff at Central Vermont Orthodontics PSA: They wanted to remind everyone - Don't forget to wear your retainer(s)!😉 🦷

It's not often you find people who will show up and support you, drop their plans & even their life to help you.

Shoutout to everyone who tirelessly worked their butt's off to help prep for tomorrow's catering event for the 2024 Merry Barre Holidays Craft Fair.
