A little late on the posting BUT we had an absolute BLAST at Emslie The Florist and Gifts partnering with them for a Valentine's Day Charcuterie & Sip & Flower Making Class!

We learned how to pipe our own cannoli and molded cream cheese hearts and filled them with homemade jelly from Campo di Vino.

We turned a regular cucumber into a glorious heart creation 💝, made salami roses 🌹, and created tulips out of mozzarella balls, and tomatoes 🍅

Cheers to our GAL PALS and showing love to our two small local businesses.

Complete with a photo booth and make your own mimosa bar crafted and put on by Emslie's. Such a cute touch and made it even better than we could have imagined!

And I hear a little secret.. NEW CHARCUTERIE & SIP CLASS dropping by the END OF THE WEEK.

We FINALLY have a chance to fill you all in on what we have been up to lately!⬇️
We have been a little quiet on our postings because we have been so busy🕑

We partnered with The Reynolds House Inn for Valentine's Day💝
We catered and cooked onsite a 3 course meal featuring Campo di Vino handmade pasta, tiramisu, & cannoli. We also started off with a delicious Italian Salad with shrimp cocktail smothered in a house made red wine vinegar dressing - and a charcuterie board assortment featuring Vermont Salumi meats, with Cabot Creamery Cooperative, & Vermont Creamery Cheeses🧀

We made and donated 100 Sugar Cookies to the Lonny Wade Foundation Dinner at The Pub in Williamstown🍪

Delivered 12 Liters of Hand-Made Creamy Alfredo and Fresh rolled Fettuccine to the The Den in Williamstown for their Valentine's Day Dinner

(Love my little town so much)😊

Celebrated a 60th and 1st Birthday with a special board and number Charcuterie!

Created a special Charcuterie Board for Stone & Browning Property Management LLC. Social they put on🤝

Catered some delicious meals for the Rotary Club of Barre including
Grilled Cheese w/ Orzo Sweet Italian Soup
Gluten Free Double Dark Chocolate & M&M Brownies
Ham & Swiss Wraps
Three Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Shells with Meat Sauce

Charcuterie & Sip at Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits had us laughing, drinking our favorite cocktails, and creating masterpieces✨️

Each kit contained a Wooden Board, Cheese Knife, Parmesan Knife, & Cheese Slicer for everyone to learn how to use and take home at the end of the night!

& a very special THANK YOU to Maria for trusting me and booking me again for her amazing NYE bash! I remember standing in her kitchen last year at this same time setting up one of my first grazing tables. Tonight, I had the opportunity to do it again.
Building relationships, reflecting, & watching myself grow from last year to this year is undeniably one of the most self rewarding things about owning your own business. It's one thing to watch yourself grow, but it's another to have customers witness it and cheer your name from the rooftops🥰

RESERVE NOW 🥂 Celebrate your New Years Eve at The Den 🎉 From 5pm - 8pm enjoy a Prime rib or baked haddock dinner. Dinner will be a closed event with only 100 tickets will be sold. $50 per person to include a grazing table, dinner and dessert, entertainment, (4Play) and a celebratory toast at midnight.

🎄Company Christmas Party Pasta Bar catering tonight had us cutting fresh penne pasta and rolling butternut squash ravioli w/ our brown butter sage sauce, making peppermint cannoli filling, & more!

Assortment of our fresh Bolognese, Alfredo, and Marinara sauces were offered to pair with our penne and a garden salad w/rolls on the side.

Add a little Tiramisu w/ VT MAPLE 🍁 and Pasta Frolla Shortbread for dessert and you have a real party!🥳

AND.. this catering was for the wonderful staff at Central Vermont Orthodontics PSA: They wanted to remind everyone - Don't forget to wear your retainer(s)!😉 🦷
