Happy New Year!

As we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025, I can’t help but reflect on how truly amazing this past year has been. To all of my incredible clients—thank you for trusting me to capture the most special moments of your lives. From the laughter, tears, and unforgettable celebrations, your stories are what make this work so rewarding.

I’m endlessly grateful to have spent the year photographing beautiful people, surrounded by love, in stunning locations across Vermont and beyond. It’s a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

Last August, Emily and Ethan shared their dream with me: to tie the knot during a total solar eclipse. Unsure of what to expect, I was swept away by the beauty and precision of their eclipse-themed wedding. Every detail was meticulously planned, ensuring that both they and their guests could fully immerse in the celestial spectacle. While we were just a whisper away from the path of totality, the ambiance and spirit of their eclipse-themed wedding didn’t need the perfect alignment to shine. Despite the high stakes, it turned out to be one of the most joyous and relaxed weddings I’ve ever had the privilege to photograph. Emily and Ethan’s day was truly a cosmic celebration of love.

Hello everyone!

Hi everyone! I don’t show my face on here a lot! So I guess, what better time than outside of wedding season?

Thank you to every couple who entrusted me with capturing their special moments this past year! Your weddings were nothing short of magical, and it's been an honor to be a part of your stories!

While the off-season typically means downtime, this year has been a whirlwind of activity. Alongside shooting weddings, taking calls, updating my website, and coordinating meetings, I've taken on a HUGE project!

WE’RE HOMEOWNERS!!

This August, we put down roots in my hometown of Barre by purchasing a house. It's a fixer-upper with a history, needing a complete overhaul from water damage repairs to electrical work, not to mention a fresh set of walls. But the craftsmanship speaks volumes, and the potential is immense.

Raised in a home where renovations were the norm thanks to my dad's expertise as a contractor, I grew up marveling at his talent. Now, I'm embracing the chance to learn from him and put my own mark on!

We've dedicated countless hours to restoring this house, and I'm grateful for the journey and the lessons learned—and still learning.

So, if you're wondering where I am this winter, just picture me with sleeves rolled up, paint covered clothes, restoring this old home!

And a huge thank you to, of course, Kelly for her support and help. My parents for everything, always. Thom Lauzon, for the opportunity. And everyone else who has stopped by to help out!

How often do you get the opportunity to photograph your veterinarian and dentist’s wedding in the same day?

Taylor & Collin got married a couple weeks ago and I had the honor of capturing it! Collin’s brother is my best friend, so when Taylor asked me to photograph their wedding I was so excited!

Their special day unfolded flawlessly with stunning weather, a charming tent reception, and barn dancing to wrap up the celebration.

Grateful for the honor of documenting T&C’s love story on the very property where Collin grew up. Thank you both for choosing me to be a part of your unforgettable day! 🥂✨
