If you haven’t found a savory scone you like.. you haven’t tried mine. Most savory scones I’ve tried are dry like a biscuit .. NOT mine! How are mine different?? I use a combination of fresh cheeses then I use little pieces instead of just shredded to keep the dough moist. The result is that you get to bite into chunks of cheese. Pictured is my Spinach/Sun-dried Tomato/ Fresh Mozzarella and Fontina scone pastry. I only use the best and freshest ingredients: fresh spinach, fresh mozzarella, herb marinated sun-dried tomatoes and fontina cheese. Add some oregano, fresh baby dill, garlic and pepper and you’ve got a delicious savory treat for breakfast or pair with a salad or soup for lunch or dinner! How many would you like?
