2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Fall shutdown and Spring startup (dates to be determined) of CEMETERY WATER WELLS at Brown, East Fork, and Flake Cemeteries to include:

• Brown Cemetery – Drain water pump and pressure tank and blow out water lines going to all spigots in the Fall; system startup in the Spring.
• East Fork Cemetery – Drain tank and water lines in the well pit in the Fall; system startup in the Spring.

• Fork Township Community Center – 3265 20 Mile Road, Barryton, Michigan

Contractor will provide snowplowing service on an as-needed basis and must provide all the necessary equipment required to perform the work. The awarded contractor will be responsible for final cleanup/site restoration after the snow seasons have ended. This includes but is not limited to the restoration of any damaged grass areas and replacement of any damaged fencing, signs, posts, or other damage resulting from the snow removal for the season.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Cleaning/sanitizing restrooms.
• Working with chemicals.
• Washing windows (indoor and outdoor).
• Removal of trash.
• Wiping/dusting walls, chairs, tables, handrails, etc.
• Event space set-up and tear-down.
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, pushing, and pulling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
