POLICIES:
ADVANCED NOTICE:
We recommend placing your order as early as possible. Every effort is made to accommodate our clients, however, advance notice ensures our ability to properly plan for your event.
_ Grazing Cups, Boxes or Boards: 48 hours notice is required. Rush orders, when possible, will incur a $10 per item rush fee, with the exception of Grazing Cups, the rush fee will be $
10 per 10 count.
_ Grazing Tables: 7 business day notice is required. Events booked or changed within 4 days of your event will be subject to a $50 rush fee. PAYMENT POLICIES:
- Grazing Cups, Boxes, or Boards: Prepayment is required on all contracts.
- For Grazing Tables: In order to guarantee services, prepayment is required on all contracts.
* A deposit of 50% of the total contract value will be required at time of booking to secure your event date and time
* The final 50% remaining balance shall be paid in full 7 days prior to the start of the event. GUEST COUNT GURARANTEE:
A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted within 7 business days prior to your event. We will do our best to accommodate any request to increase the guest count, however changes will be subject to additional charges.
- Within 4 business days of the event, a $10 fee will be applied to per person cost of each additional guest.
- Within 2 business days of the event, a $20 fee will be applied to the per person cost of each additional guest. CANCELLATION FEE:
- If you cancel your order within 7 business days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided.
- If you cancel your order 2-4 business days prior to your delivery date, 50% of your total amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel 0-1 business days before your event, there will be no refund. Cancellation requests can be made by emailing us at [email protected]
REFUND POLICY:
Boards By Bambino's provides perishable products which cannot be restocked or resold, so returns will not be accepted. For health and safety measures, it is recommended that your board be served at room temperature and consumed within 24 hours of receiving your order! Boards By Bambino's prides itself on outstanding customer service! If within good reason your are not satisfied with your product from Boards By Bambino's please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will carefully review your order and offer a fair resolution. Due to the fact that our boards are made of perishable items and are not available for physical examination, please provide photos of damage. PICK UPS:
Pick ups are scheduled in a 15 minute window. Please arrive for pick up in this time frame. DELIVERIES:
If an incorrect address is provided, refusal of delivery, or incorrect/lack of information given in regards to building access is experienced, we must dispose of the contents and no refund will be provided. If you are unavailable at the selected delivery date and time without notice, you will not be refunded. Delivery address cannot be changed/adjusted within 2 hours of the selected delivery date and time. Every effort will be made to contact you first before item is discarded.
