I always seem to be a couple weeks behind where I’d like to be, but it also always works out! (Except for with tulips last year haha). Planted some direct sown seeds today! These will be some of the first to bloom next spring! Nigella (new to the field!), Agrostemma (an instant hit last year), and Bachelor Buttons (a pain to harvest for such a small flower, but they still bring me joy so I’m planting anyway)

It’s November 5th and the field is still bursting with color! I’ve slowly begun the process of flipping beds in preparation for cool hardy annuals. I haven’t harvested in about a month now, so flowers are definitely starting to show their old age. There is such beauty in every season!

Hey friends! The flower stand will have a different a schedule for the next couple weekends. Due to some family events, the stand will be closed this weekend September 19-20 as well as next weekend September 26-27.

I’m thinking I will open mid-week next week (possible Wednesday?) so stay tuned for that!

We will resume regular hours after that for a couple weeks until we close for the season.

If you need flowers this weekend, make sure and stop by this amazing event to build your own bouquet!
