Hi everyone! We are looking to add to our team to help with the busy event season throughout the rest of the year at our location in Barton, VT!

We are looking for a person to support our kitchen team who is fun, and personable. No experience is required. Looking for full time or part time help, mostly a 9-5 position.
Tasks associated with position:
Food preparation, taste tester of delicious food, end of shift clean up, and various other task.

You will be joining a group of hard working, fun and thoughtful coworkers.

‼️Fun facts about me:

🌀Fiercely independent, but very needy for family togetherness

🌀I don’t always taste my own food, while preparing, I go on look and smell

🌀If I don’t run, I can get a little crazy

🌀Even after 9 years, I feel like every event is a first date, and get all the nervous jitters

🌀I’m my most calm in my kitchen cooking

‼️Why I love this job:

For as long as I can remember I’ve always wanted to cater, not run a restaurant. I loved the idea of making someone’s event a special experience.

When I was doing my internship during college, a mentor told me I’d never make enough money to survive. I let this person’s opinion sway my own, and I decided to get an office job instead. I thought it had more prestige and I had more potential to earn more money. Little did I know, my soul would slowly fade.

15+ years later, I was sitting on a beach on a much needed vacation. Matt and I were chatting and I told him how unhappy I was, and he asked, “what would you want to do?”
My answer was simple, I’ve known forever, “I wanted to start a catering business!” He said, “so do it!”

So I did.

Upon arriving home I created a business card with a close friend, posted it in Facebook. The rest was hard work, passion, and history!
