Seeking a reliable and dedicated cook to join our catering team. Cook will be responsible for assessing banquet orders, reviewing menus, prioritizing and preparing a la carte menu items. Should be able to take direction and communicate with the Executive Chef regarding food preparation, event ex*****on and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ability to work as a part of a team professionally and respectfully is essential. To succeed in this role, you must also be passionate about food and utilizing seasonal ingredients, have a commitment to quality and be willing to work on various off-site events.
