n Caterers. Starting out in restaurants at the age of 12 Steve worked his way through college and left the business for a bit coming back it to follow his passions. Taking a few classes along the way to hone some of his skills while working with talented chefs he has learned that there is no substitute for hard work, attention to detail and the use of the finest ingredients to make any event a success.
