Those that know us.... know we don't book many events a year so come join us at the drags for that rare shot at my brisket and pulled pork.

Come join us at 10 a.m. this Sunday for some great racing! We will have Wing It Food Truck and Unruly Smokers BBQ there with food and Jack's Box will be there as well with refreshing snow cones. Bring a chair and watch all the action.

Not truly the Unruly style but we official got a legit food trailer. Licensed and everything. Now to iron out the bugs and streamline. See everyone tonight at lilac days in basin.

I left the liquor cabinet alone today as I went right after the magical mushrooms. I made a ginger soy BBQ with a mushroom stock base. Holy umami batman!!!

Also made a batch of mushroom extract powder with lots of extras. It's the closest thing a pit boss has to magical pixie powder. I'm not Peter Pan but I'll be sprinkling this on everything.

Really happy with the last batch of bourbon BBQ sauce. Very tangy and complex flavors. It's a chameleon as flavor changes with temp. Pretty sure it's a keeper.
