Hello all! Mrs. Carrie Apgar and I are counting down the days for our ChefB-Meat Wagon BBQ Trial that's open to the public at The Milford VFW Post 6562 in Milford! Dine-In, & Pickup are Available. I promise our final menu will be published soon. Be Sure to Mark your calendars for May 4th and May 5th. We are hoping to be in the first Saturday and Sunday of each month, Plan on 11-6 each day or until sold out! Our BBQ is Real wood slow-smoked! We do all kinds of cooking and grill outs.(Not just BBQ) and catering.

The Smoke Starts Rolling Tomorrow. I am still working on The website and trying to Debug it as well. But I'm gonna start taking pre-orders tomorrow (Just use the schedule feature in the Item list)

Be sure to check out the website and all the new offerings I'm trying out. My hopes to get a food truck on are still in the works, they are really expensive LOL..

I am also looking at the possibility of having a delivery driver from 10:45 am - 12:30 Thursday and Friday if any businesses would like it delivered for a flat fee. TBDT

Great news! For our Catered Dinners, we now provide real Black or White Cloth Napkins, & Real Stainless Steel Flatware all neatly rolled. This will also help reduce plastic waste from going into the trash..
